Privacy Policy — RollVert
01Overview
RollVert (“the game”) is an Android game built with Unity and published on Google Play by titan-gen, an independent solo developer (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information the game handles, who processes it, and the choices you have.
The game does not require you to create an account or sign in. The data described below is collected automatically by the game and the third-party services it uses, plus purchase records when you choose to buy something.
02Information we collect
Information you provide
None is required to play. If you contact support by email, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Through the third-party services in Section 3, the game may automatically collect:
- Device and technical information — device model, operating-system version, language, network type, and similar diagnostics.
- Gameplay and app-usage events — such as level progress, session length, and crash reports, used in aggregate to improve the game.
- An advertising identifier — a resettable device ID used to serve and measure ads.
- Approximate location — inferred from your IP address at a coarse (country/region) level. The game does not use precise GPS location.
03Third-party services
The game uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Unity (engine, and Unity analytics/diagnostics) — Unity may collect device and usage data as part of the runtime and services. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
- Unity Ads (Unity LevelPlay) — serves advertisements and, where applicable, mediates other ad networks. See Unity’s Player & App User Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements (used alongside Unity Ads). See how AdMob handles data, how Google uses partner data, and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. See the Google Privacy Policy.
04Advertising
The game shows advertising through Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Depending on your region and settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the game presents a consent request before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline or withdraw consent later.
You can control ad personalization at any time:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
- Google’s ad settings: adssettings.google.com.
05In-app purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases (microtransactions). These are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment-card number, billing address, or other full payment details — Google handles payment processing. We may receive a purchase confirmation and a non-identifying transaction token so the game can deliver what you bought and validate the purchase. Refunds and payment questions are handled through Google Play.
06How we use information
- To run, maintain, and improve the game and its balance.
- To diagnose crashes and errors and understand aggregate usage.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To deliver and validate in-app purchases.
07Sharing & sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named in Section 3 to perform the functions described, or where required by law. For CCPA/CPRA purposes, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad-personalization choices you control in Section 4.
08Data retention
We do not maintain our own database of your personal information. Data collected by the third-party services is retained according to their policies (Unity, Google/AdMob, and Google Play).
09Security
The providers we rely on use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the game’s data footprint minimal and rely on established providers.
10Children’s privacy
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.
11Your rights
EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent (for example, personalized ads), you can withdraw it at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
You may have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise these rights, email support@titan-gen.com. Since the game does not collect information that identifies you by name, we may ask for details to locate relevant data or direct you to the applicable provider.
12International transfers
The providers used by the game may process and store data on servers in the United States and other countries, relying on appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version at this URL.
