Privacy Policy — Lottery Calculator
01Overview
Lottery Calculator (“the app”) is an Android application published on Google Play by Titan-Gen, an independent solo developer (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information the app handles, who processes it, and the choices you have.
The app does not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other contact details to use it. The data described below is limited to what is collected automatically by the app and the third-party services it uses.
02Information we collect
Information you provide
None. The numbers and inputs you enter to perform a calculation are processed on your device to produce a result and are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically
When you use the app, the third-party services listed in Section 3 may automatically collect:
- Device and technical information — such as device model, operating-system version, language, and general app-usage events (for example, which screens are opened and whether the app crashes).
- An advertising identifier — a resettable ID assigned by your device, used to serve and measure ads.
- Approximate location — inferred from your IP address at a coarse (for example, country or region) level. The app does not request or use precise GPS location.
03Third-party services
The app uses the following services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — usage analytics and crash reporting that help us understand how the app is used and fix problems. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
- Google AdMob — serves the advertisements shown in the app. See how AdMob handles data and how Google uses information from partner apps.
04Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads delivered through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and your settings, ads may be personalized (based on the advertising identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalized (based only on general context such as the app content).
Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), the app presents a consent request before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline or later withdraw consent.
You can control ad personalization on your device at any time:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
- Review Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
05How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
- To understand aggregate usage and diagnose crashes and errors.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not build profiles about you.
06Sharing & sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party service providers named in Section 3, and only so they can perform the functions described above, or where required by law. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad-personalization choices you control as described in Section 4.
07Data retention
We do not maintain our own database of your personal information. Data collected by the third-party services is retained according to their policies. Analytics data in Firebase is subject to Google’s configured retention periods, and advertising data is governed by Google’s policies.
08Security
The services we rely on use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we select established providers and keep the app’s data footprint minimal.
09Children’s privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will address it.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.
EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent (for example, personalized ads), you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
You may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@Titan-Gen.com. Because the app does not collect information that identifies you by name, we may ask for details to help locate any relevant data, or direct you to the applicable third-party provider.
11International transfers
The third-party providers used by the app may process and store data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where required, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
